A number of new outcomes have been identified and the role of the new Business focussed Business Analyst is to create business cases that will deliver the identified outcomes, manage the project alongside an appointed Project Manager and ensure delivery.

Of particular importance to the role is the time and risk' factor. To excel in the role, your logistics, operations and distribution centre experience would need to be well polished. You would require exceptional active listening skills and have a natural ability to transform information.

Skills and experience required:

• Tertiary qualified in business, economics or related field
• Operations and business background from logistics, operational and distribution centre environments
• Process improvement and process design experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly build business rapport and trust
• Multiple stakeholder experience in complex and distributed environments
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication
• Superior change management skills
• Demonstrated strengths in business analysis and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial modelling and analysis
• Workshop facilitation
