They are currently seeking a Export Manager to join their team of 6 based in the Homebush area. The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, and working closely with the Sales and Marketing division, you will be responsible for the operation and overall management of the Trade division. You will be required to generate sales to increase profitability, develop and implement marketing campaigns, and form and develop strategic alliances to improve the business. Ensuring the efficiency of operations and logistics and monitoring production to ensure all orders are met in line with customer expectations are a large part of this role. Domestic and international travel will be involved. You will provide regular reports to management on the progress of the division as well as setting and managing team KPI’s.

Your Profile
You are degree qualified, and have extensive experience in high profile international trade of food products. Through your previous experience you have gained a strong understanding of foreign culture, international trade law and foreign currencies. Your superior communication skills allow you to liaise with people from all levels of business and cultures. You are innovative and proactive when looking at market development, and have strong logistical and product knowledge to bring to the business. Strong leadership skills are a must.
