Our client specialises in end-to-end planning and execution of logistics solutions. They offer a complete portfolio of supply chain services that incorporates ocean freight, airfreight, customs clearance, domestic transportation and 3PL warehousing and distribution.

Currently they are wanting to increase their customs team due to growth. They are looking for an experienced Customs Broker.

Reporting to the Customs Manager, your major responsibilities of the role are:

* Lodging Customs entries for a wide range of clientele in a timely manner.
* Assisting the Manager in the day to day smooth and efficient flow of work relating to customs jobs and ensure client satisfaction and expectations, ensuring they are met at all times.
* Maintaining excellent service to internal and external customers at all time.
* Provide guidance to the classifiers and compilers when required.
* Classification - if and when required. On occasion it will be.
* Assisting in Customs and quarantine clearance and delivery to customers.

To be successful for this role you will have at least 4 years' experience as a Licensed Customs Broker.
