Successful candidate will be responsible for the set-up, sales & new business development and profitability objectives for assigned markets. This involves growing the business from a start up to an established customer centric business.
Responsibilities:

Develop plan for the winning of new accounts within the companys Credit Services division.

Responsible for management of existing accounts (identify new opportunities for sales & cross-selling).

Managing development of sales plans & reviewing sales structures, budgeting, policies & processes.

Initial management of 2 New Business Development Managers within Credit Services.

Oversee the sales teams pursuit of new business opportunities.
-
Researching & analysing clients business needs & pricing plans.
-
Provide accurate forecasting processes.
-
Management of multi-managed tenders.
-
Responsible for the motivation, training and management of sales personnel.
-
Researching all sales territories & markets over short & long term.
-
Manage and develop new sales verticals and developing Sales plans for such areas.
-
Dealing with clients at Board and C Level.
-
Overseeing negotiation of key client deals.
-
Preparing financial & sales plans & budgets.
-
Responsible for all training, coaching & monitoring within the sales team.
Requirements:
-
Must come from a Credit or Risk Management background.
-
Must have managed tenders in excess of $2m.
-
Must possess experience in the management of a high performing Sales team within the Banking / Financial Services team.

Experience in winning new business at Corporate level.

Must come from B2B Financial Services
-
In-depth dealings and contacts at Board Room and C Level.

Experience in the management of a team of BDMs (2+)

Be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney.
