We are looking for a sales specialist who is at a senior BDM level to further capitalize on our position in a market segment with greater potential. We estimate growth in the segment to be exponential in the first 3 years and whilst contacts have been strongly established we now need someone to build relationships that lead to successful closure of contracts. We understand this will be a long term project, with a genuine mixture of short and long term sales cycles. There will be wins, though the significant ones may occasionally take a little more time, which is the nature of forging long term relationships. This role involves penetrating into large scale, corporate, national and multinational businesses, working with multiple decision makers and allowing them to see the genuine point of difference that we offer. Frequently you will couple with third parties, forming alliances to promote a united front to serious corporations. We have a unique approach to the sales process with a combination of support. You will be the point of contact and delegate as you see fit.

We really need someone who can demonstrate excellent sales ability and exposure and understanding of long term sales cycles. With a consultative approach you will be able to present comfortably in board rooms and enjoy working with third parties in order to broker genuine negotiations that benefit all. You will really be mature enough to be left to your own devices to accomplish clearly defined goals. We employ you to perform a role and quite frankly we will leave you to get on with it. Whilst you do report into the state manager directly, his support and leadership is exemplary, giving the right amount of guidance and direction, giving clarity to your ideas and crystallizing your direction.
