The Company:

We are a market leader in the commercial shade industry. We design, construct and install shade structures, retractable blinds and awnings for hospitality, commercial and architectural projects. Continued success in a growing market has led to the creation of an additional commercial sales executive roles. Working from the Sydney office, you will be responsible for specifying architectural products to architects developers and builders and following projects through to Project completion.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and further developing their client s buying portfolio and growth within this niche sales market. You will be expected to meet regularly with a variety of specifiers and architectural designers within the market to build strong relationships, offer advice and after sales service and increase repeat business. Concentrating on the residential market with some commercial as well.

The Candidate:

• Have a minimum of Three years experience in architectural/ construction /commercial sales.
• Possess a high level of technical aptitude and acute attention to detail.
• Be an excellent communicator who is professionally presented and customer focused.
• Be self driven and results orientated but able to work as part of a team.
• Be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.

On Offer:

Is a base salary circa $60k + super + commissions + car . This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge within specification sales to a higher level.
