Our passionate team of fundraisers need a Sales Team Leader who is an accomplished sales person and loves leading from the front.  You will be developing others to reach their potential and creating a dynamic team culture where people can flourish.
 
You have the ability to build and manage a team of 6 fundraisers to achieve and exceed budget by creating a motivational and inspirational work environment.
 
Your role is totally hands on sales, working alongside your team to inspire and secure monthly donors at events, festivals, markets, expos, shopping centres and street venues across the metropolitan area.
 
You will be involved with the coaching and development of new staff, passing down your knowledge in objection handling, sales technique and most importantly inspiring them to reach and exceed targets to help the charities we fundraise for.
 
We are looking for a sales professional who:

• Has a track record of exceeding sales targets
• Leadership experience or qualities
• Loves the prospect of working in different locations (city, suburb, outdoors, indoors)
• Is able to speak to supporters about current global issues
• Has the ability to motivate, inspire and coach their team 
• Is proactive and determined to exceed targets 
• Passion for the causes we represent

Sales experience is essential.
