The role reports directly to the Executive General Manager - BioEthanol, and has a strong internal connections with the ethanol, operations, fertilizer and legal teams.

This position manages the Agricultural Services Team. You will be required to produce monthly reporting, forecasting, planning and activities for the Commercial Projects .

Key criteria:

• Negotiate and achieve supply contracts;
• Ensure the sales and marketing plans for products are achieved within budget;
• Develop new markets and products appropriate to maximizing value while achieving safety and environmental objectives;
• Supporting the delivery and management of the business strategy by providing timely, accurate and relevant financial and operational performance reports to leadership teams.

Essential experience and job requirements:

• Broad and progressive experience covering, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis (preferably in manufacturing industry);
• Development and overseeing strategy to ensure environmental sustainability of the business;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and progressively evolving industry;
• Preparation and implementation of approved marketing and business plans;
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, networking and communication skills;
• Able to interpret and communicate financial and operations information with clarity to all levels of users.
