Your background should indicate a positive track record in management in the Mining arena, where meeting deadlines, organising resources and ensuring the deliverables are precise, now comes as second nature. Whilst a technical background in the mining industry is favourable, the critical asset is to have an innate ability to meet and satisfy the clients requirements, as well as an understanding of the customers perspective. Other responsibilities and competences include:
