Our client is a well established insurance broker who have continued to build a loyal and mixed based of clients. Due to growth an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Account Executive or Broking Support candidate to join this friendly suburban team.
Working in close conjunction with senior broking staff, your role will involve:
Assisting with client enquiries
Processing policy amendments
Renewals, quotes and CoCs
Providing exceptional customer service
Liaising with underwriters and insurers
Debtor management
Administrative support as required
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience within insurance broking, ideally broking administration or support. You will have excellent organisational, administration and communication skills. Tier 1 compliance would be highly desirable.
