As a Support Consultant you will be working closely with the Support Team that is tasked with supporting clients in utilising their financial and business management software. As you develop into this position and gain comprehensive product knowledge and expertise, you will take on more technical requirements and responsibilities.
To be successful in this position you will hold a Bachelors degree in either Information Systems or Computing and have excellent interpersonal and client management skills. Your strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as your ability to prioritise and focus on attention to detail will complement your ability to foster client relationships and provide outstanding service.
