An exciting opportunity now exists in ourMelbourne office for an individual who will accept the challenge of continuing the development and growth of the Victorian labour hire business.
Reporting to the National Manager, the person will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Victorian operations for maximising the profitability and growth of the Victorian Labour Hire business through successful branch leadership, business development and account management.

To be successful in this role, you will have a recruitment background preferably in blue collar, specifically construction, industrial, manufacturing and warehouse/logistics, however we will also consider those with other areas of expertise. You will possess a healthy network of industry relationships underpinning your ethical approach to doing business. Your communication skills are exceptional, as is your motivational level, work ethic, and determination to be as successful as you know you can be.
The position is a hands on role and we are seeking someone who can not only meet the above criteria but also can demonstrate a passion to achieve and succeed.
