As the ideal candidate you will ideally be a university graduate with at least 2 years work experience. You will be ambitious, highly motivated, outgoing, sales oriented and be looking to achieve success and recognition by building a reputation within the healthcare market. Any experience within the healthcare, medical or sales would be an added advantage. 
 
As a successful recruitment consultant you will require the following skills 
• The ability to communicate at a high level with hiring managers,   HR professionals, and candidates
• The ability to work both individually and in a close team environment
• Well developed business and technical consultancy skills
• Strong Sales and Customer Services ability
• Attention to detail
• Intelligence
