As Client Manager you will be a senior member of the Banking team and focus on client acquisition, relationship management and recruitment activities for one of our key PSA accounts (plus several smaller accounts). You will also be assisted by an Associate Consultant who will assist you with resourcing and candidate care.

What we are looking for:

• a minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within any Professional Recruitment Discipline
• very strong business acumen, with an ability to develop and nurture very strong client relationships
• strong understanding of systems, processes and internal compliance
• ability to be a mentor to more junior staff
