In order to be the successful candidate, you will have to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience as an HR or Payroll Consultant with project management experience, preferably in the implementation of systems. This role is suited to a self:starter with a good sense of initiative who also works effectively in a team. You will also have a strong business acumen and strong communication and presentation skills and although you do not need to be an IT technical expert , project management of systems implementation will be highly regarded.
