- Improve accessibility and user-friendliness of the current OHSMS, policies and documentation
- Instilling accountability and ownership of safety practices with managers and staff alike
- Providing tools and coaching to managers to enable ongoing and effective self assessment, audits and inspections
- Promoting a practical and continuous improvement philosophy in risk management and hazard controls with all staff
To excel in this role, you: - Have a minimum of Certificate IV in OHS
- Have practical experience and knowledge in an operational OHS role, ideally within the logistics or manufacturer or like industry
- Have extensive experience in conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and reporting, and proven record to implement effective solutions
- Pride yourself on your ability to offer practical solutions in an engaging and articulate manner
