Reporting to the National Systems and Procedure Manager, here?s a sneak peek at what you could be doing in this role:

• Providing specialist advice and support to over 50 branches across ANZ
• Improve accessibility and user-friendliness of the current OHSMS, policies and documentation
• Instilling accountability and ownership of safety practices with managers and staff alike
• Providing tools and coaching to managers to enable ongoing and effective self assessment, audits and inspections
• Promoting a practical and continuous improvement philosophy in risk management and hazard controls with all staff

To excel in this role, you:

• Have a minimum of Certificate IV in OHS
• Have practical experience and knowledge in an operational OHS role, ideally within the logistics or manufacturer or like industry
• Have extensive experience in conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and reporting, and proven record to implement effective solutions
• Pride yourself on your ability to offer practical solutions in an engaging and articulate manner
