The Company
My client is a global leading provider of specialist services essential to the efficient operation of heavy process-oriented industries. Well established in the market, they pride themselves on their innovative and dedicated approach to getting any job done. Due to the continued growth and success of the business, they are currently seeking a Human Resource Advisor to join their team based in Bankstown. Joining a small, friendly and easy going HR team, this role is available to start immediately on a 9 month contract basis.

The Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your main focus will be to manage the renewal of multiple agreements across the business. You will be responsible for reviewing current Industrial and Employee Relations policies and processes, and lead the negotiations associated with the renewal of these matters. You will also offer knowledge of current HR trends, and best practice. Well developed influencing, negotiation, consultation, problem solving & communication skills are a must. Liaising with site unions will also be required.

Your Profile
You will ideally be degree qualified in Human Resources or a business related discipline. Suitable candidates will have demonstrated a high level of skill and experience in a number of the above areas. You must have the ability to develop relationships in a short space of time across a wide area of the business. This is a relaxed and down to earth environment so the ability to work autonomously and without constant supervision is a must.

Interstate travel will be required as part of this role, with all travel expenses covered.
