Purpose of Group Manager Human Resources:
- Centralise the management of HR matters across the business by implementing and maintaining effective HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Deliver advisory services and strategic assistance and support to employees
- Deliver leadership
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment, Selection and Termination
- Learning and Development
- Team planning and management
- employee relations
- IR issues
- National integrated management system
Key qualities and experience required:
- Exposure to a high level of IR issues across the workforce
- Experience in a blue collar industry, resources in particular
- Strong management and leadership ability
