We are looking for an individual who is full of spirit and eager to be engaged in a consultative role, providing support and advice to organisations engaged in Recruitment, Selection and Recommendation processes.

In a typical day, this role will include:

• Making marketing calls
• Working to sales targets and a structured, administrative process
• Assessing applications against specific job requirements
• Attending interviews as part of a panel and providing advice and assistance as required
• Completing referee checks and writing process reports

The successful applicant will be given training and will eventually be able to manage their workload autonomously, in a very supportive environment.

• Superb verbal skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of people?

Previous experience in a similar role is not required, although a bright attitude is!
