They are looking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Advisor to work closely with managers and staff providing first class support!

This is an interesting and varied role that will stimulate your personal growth and see you stepping into the HR manager shoes when required.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with blue and white collar recruitment
• Implement and maintain HR policies
• Assist with salary reviews and reward programmes
• Support and advise managers with effective training plans
• Assist in the management of fitness for work programmes

About you:

• Have at least basic HR or similar qualifications
• Essential is experience working in an HR environment
• Exposure to recruitment practices, including employment rules and regulations
• Have a positive, can do attitude

Of particular interest are people with industrial relations experience.
