Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist, someone with both the qualifications and experience to hit the ground running across all areas of HR with particular emphasis on ER/IR and OH&S.
Reporting into the General Manager of People and Culture you will have full responsibility for delivering HR outcomes for over 500 staff over various sites for a not for profit organisation. Based at their Head Office in the northyou will be the first point of contact for all IR/ER queries, assist with performance management, recruitment, OH&S, work cover, training needs and also some reporting. You will also be required to meet with staff and management out on site therefore flexibility to travel is required.
This role commences immediately and will be three days per week with the flexibility required to change days to suit the business. Drivers licence and car required to visit sites for meetings Salary commensurate with experience, $75k plus as a guide.
