Supporting the National Practice Manager, your key responsibilities will include :-
- Recruitment & performance management of legal support staff
- Identifying support staff training and development needs in line with staff career development plans
- Managing support staff performance review process
- Implementing new support staffing processes and procedures
- Producing Staffing & Operational reports to Partners & Management
- Managing annual & sick leave register
- Attend HR, Management and staff meetings
- Attend final recruitment interviews with Partners
To be guaranteed an interview with this "Employer of Choice ", you must possess :-
- 3yrs experience in HR / Office Management or Senior Legal Secretary within a professional services firm (legal industry will be an advantage)
- Previous experience dealing at Partner / Management level
- Possess strong MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Strong working relationships with recruitment agencies / suppliers / stakeholders
- A friendly, approachable, supportive and coaching nature
