This role will see you provide guidance, analysis and recommendations or solutions around HR metrics, reporting and remuneration. Working closely with senior remuneration consultants to provide remuneration support to specific business units, you will be collating large volumes of data from multiple sources to provide a range of regular and adhoc HR reports. You will play a key role in the team through your analysis and presentation of key findings back to the business.
