Award Winning Racine Restaurant is looking for a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic Sous chef to help front an innovative and knowledgeable kitchen.

Racine is an innovative and established restaurant, which prides itself on delivering a warm, efficient and attentive service and a memorable guest experience. We have a great passion for excellent quality food, wine and service and we are seeking individuals who are like-minded' and take pride in their work.   

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be experienced in high-end restaurants with Modern Australian/European background and have relevant qualifications.
  • Possess the confidence and skill able to run a kitchen.
  • Have the creativity and drive to contribute and inspire menu ideas.
  • Be organised and keep a tidy work environment.
  • Have excellent knowledge and interest in modern food techniques.
  • Communicate their passion and high standards through their work.
