We are looking for a fun, friendly and focused individual to be a key part of the management team within this large pub style operation.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Duty Manager working in a busy pub/restaurant
• Enthusiasm to work one on one with your team - with a 'lead by example' approach
• Great communication and personal presentation
• A current RSA and Approved Managers Certificate
• Knowledge of budgets, stocktaking, rostering, performance management
