The Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through cleaning assigned treatment rooms, Spa common areas and service areas and for providing prompt and courteous service in accordance with Crown service standards.
What you need:
- Previous experience in a Room Attendant/ cleaning role
- Experience in a superior hotel environment is an advantage
- Friendly, outgoing and self-motivated
- Physically fit to perform the inherent duties
- Professionally presented
- Willing and able to work shifts over a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- An effective and efficient team player
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- Able to cope with repetitive natured tasks and challenged by hard work
