As a Front Office Attendant you will be responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing check-in, check-out and related services to guests and visitors to Crown Hotels in accordance with established service standards.

 

What you need:

Experience in a similar Front Office/ Reservations role in a Hotel environment
  • A pro-active, positive & professional approach to all duties and tasks
  • A genuine desire to assist our guests and visitors
  • A highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to up-sell rooms 
  • Knowledge of hotel operating systems Opera is desirable
  • Willing and able to work shifts over a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
