Priding itself on beautiful food, good wine and even better service, this busy restaurant and kitchen are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join the team.

The role under the Head Chef will be an important one for this close knit crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the meals are to a high standard in preparation and assisting the chef in his everyday service with no split shifts required.

This role will enable you to enhance you cullinary skills and also show your flair in the kitchen.

Previous experience in good quality restaurants together with local knowledge would be advantageous.
