My client is situated in the stunning Whitsundays, this bistro is in the prime main street position that captures sea breezes, enhancing the essence of the tropics.

As a Sous Chef you will be primarily responsible for the production, planning, directing, coordinating, purchasing and hands on activities within a strong kitchen brigade.

What will you need to bring to the role?

- A positive attitude and the love for food
- A minimum 2 years Sous Chef experience with a cafe or bistro style environment
- Strong kitchen management skills with the ability to train and guide a team
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Experience in a fast pace, high volume environment
