A leading consultancy holding a central Perth location is seeking a consultant or on-site environmental manager to join and lead their team focused on providing environmental solutions to mining and industrial clients. The role will focus upon providing technical advice on environmental issues to clients in the above sectors, whilst mentoring junior candidates and developing business with existing and new clients.

The group work across a variety of disciplines so applicants can hold experience from a number backgrounds but the ideal candidate will hold technical knowledge in a number of the below disciplines:
- Contaminated land management
- Environmental Impact Assessment/Planning
- Environmental Compliance and Permitting
- Environmental management systems
- Water management planning
- Tailings management and design

To be successful within this position applications will need knowledge of WA legislation and approvals processes, the ability to lead and manage large technical projects, a good business acumen and ideally a network of contacts within the region.
