Your role will see you as the point of contact for prominent clients primarily in the financial sector and you will be accountable for managing their entire service delivery from regular maintenance, service and urgent requests. As a result this role will be a hybrid of relationship management and service delivery. You will have direct reports from inhouse technicians and subcontractors. It will be a primary function of yours to ensure service work is completed seamlessly with a profit centre focus.
To be considered for this role you must be a strong leader of service teams who has had revenue responsibility in the millions. You must be proactive and results focused, with the ability to form strong relationships with both customers and employees. You must have strong organizational skills and above all you must have at least 3-5 years experience running electrical service teams into the commercial and financial or banking sector. If you have experience working in IT, electronic security, BMS or ATMS make sure you highlight it as it will be highly regarded.
