We are on the hunt for an exceptional trainer who really wants to make a difference to those wishing to enter into the world of Customer Service, and to those who seek to have their experience formally recognised. To be successful in this role, will have the following qualifications;

• Certificate IV TAA (or equivalent)
• Current working with childrens check (or willing to get one)
• Certificate IV in Customer Contact (or higher)
• Extensive industry experience

Previous experience training with an RTO will be highly regarded.
