The Client Working with this successful construction practice you will see your career path mapped out in your early days. The role This position will see you working in the Brisbane office and your duties are as follows: - Providing cost advice and cost planning to various projects
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Look after valuing of variations and potential variations
- Attend meetings with senior members of staff
- Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts
Package on offer - From $100K - $115K + Super
- Paid Membership fees for AIQS or RICS
- Reimbursement for petrol and phone usage
About You You will need to demonstrate 5 years experience post degree and be keen to kick start your career with the best mentors in the business. You need to be self motivated, have integrity and be able to work under supervision. I am ideally looking for people who can demonstrate the following: - Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Preferably 5 years post qualification experience within a PQS practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and ambition to do well
