Earthworks Foreman / Civil Foreman
Are you an experienced Earthworks Foreman with around 8-10 years experience?
Do you have experience working on large Civil Infrastructure based projects?
This Top Tier Civil Contractor is looking for an experience Earthworks Foreman to work on one of their existing projects in the Sydney area.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A minimum of 6-10 years experience on site working for a Civil Contractor in a supervisory capacity
- Experience of working on some medium-large sized civil infrastructure projects ideally $40m+
- Have extensive knowledge on bulk earthworks
- Strong subcontractor management and supervision experience
- Lead and motivate large site teams
- Manage and monitor program of works
- Strong knowledge and awareness to OHS & Quality requirements
- Report directly to Superintendent and Project Managers
