Now Careers is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for their client an Independent Project Management Consultancy located in Sydney.
This client provides Development Manager and Project Management Services to the Property and Construction industry. They have key clients in the following sectors Aged Care, Education, Community, Commercial and Industrial.
The Opportunity
This opportunity would see you work under a Project Director across 2 projects, gaining exposure from developing the client brief through to design development and delivery.
Key Requirements

It is preferable that you have completed a Bachelor of Construction, Engineering or Architecture

You will have 2-3 years experience working either for the Head Contractor or on the client side

You will have gained experience on projects from inception and ideally have seen projects through the construction phase.

You will have experience in contracts administration.

You will display exceptional communication written and verbal

You will enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to work autonomously

You will be able to develop relationships.
