Our client, a leading WA organisation servicing the Building Industry, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join the Commercial Customer Service and Scheduling Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and progressive WA organisation offering excellent long term opportunities for the right candidate. You will join the friendly and professional Commercial Sales team and be responsible for the following duties:
- Attending to customer enquiries over the phone and in person
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Managing key customer accounts
- Preparing quotes and pricing.
- Processing orders.
- Scheduling Jobs and working closely with the Workshop
- Interpreting Drawings/Building Plans
- General Administration.
- Inventory control.
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of the Building industry is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Ability to interpret drawings and plans
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to schedule a high volume of jobs
- Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment - this is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
