A reputable Rock Crushing and Screening organisation based in the Mackay Region, with the Head Office in Mackay CBD, require an experienced Quarry Manager to operate one of a list of quarry locations in Central Queensland.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following;

• Ensuring the profitability of the operations through areas of productivity, budget control and effective operational procedures.
• Coordination of effective maintenance schedules
• Contractor Management
• Maintaining strong customer relations
• Ensuring OHS guidelines and policies are adhered to on site.

To be successful in this role you will have

• At least 5 years experience in Quarry operations preferably in a senior/managerial capacity
• Certificate in Extractive Industries
• Good Understanding of Mobile and or Fixed Crushing Screening Equipment
• Good commercial and business acumen
