With the project located West of Mackay our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team and assist in successful project delivery. You will be assisting with reception, administrative and financial duties.
Duties Include:
· Administrative support to senior management
· Generation of planning & financial reports
· Assistance with the management of work in progress
· General office administration
· Ensuring an adequate supply of staff amenities
· Arranging catering for meetings and other office events
· Answering Calls
· Greeting office guest
Ideally you will have:
· A demonstrated background in general office administration
· Exceptional time management
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Advanced computer literacy with MS applications
· Current Australian Drivers License
