With a reputation built on consistent delivery on projects, they currently have a large project book and opportunities for engineers across the civil/structural or geotechnical sphere.

A specific opportunity exists for an experienced 12D Civil Designer with proven management capabilities to join their Toowoomba office and take over management of this office. With about 15 technical staff which includes engineers and drafters, the Design Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, providing technical support and mentoring to junior members and be the interface with clients and other stakeholders. With their staff organisation closely linked, experienced and competent, They have a proven low-overhead approach that minimises client costs while producing effective design and project management.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and 10 years experience in a design environment with proven management experience. RPEQ/CPEng status preferred.
