A major architectural and interior design practice offers a unique opportunity to support their Health and Science Principal in leading the development of their Science portfolio and design research and science projects in New South Wales.

Ideally you will be a Senior Laboratory Architect with additional experience in healthcare development projects as a Health Architect/Planner. You will have extensive experience in delivering Research and Development projects in the Pharmaceutical and University sectors. Your project leading roles will have covered laboratories, clean rooms, vivariums etc for new bio-tech and international pharmaceutical clients, and leading higher-education research establishments in Australia and overseas.

Candidates showing continuous specialisation in the science and health sectors over the majority of their career are sought for this role. You will have at least 10 years experience with a recognised leading practice in these sectors in Australia, UK, USA or Europe. Your strengths include masterplanning, feasibility studies, functional briefing, schematic facility planning, design development and contract documentation.
