The Role

As a Team Leader working for our internationally renowned fundraising organisation, you could be responsible for leading a team that raises up to $5million a year for charity - Currently we are achieving this type of phenomenal results for charities like Amnesty International, ChildFund Australia, The Heart Foundation and MSF to name just a few. 

 

Through providing leadership and being a mentor, your responsibilities will primarily include coaching a team of up to 10 Telephone Fundraisers whom are contacting past and current supporters of Not for Profit Organisations as well as personally meeting targets as a result of your own calling time.

To be successful you will need:

??? People Management and/or Team Leader experience
