The Surf Life Saving Foundation oversees the financial security and viability of the surf lifesaving movement that Australia has become to rely on.

Our Call Centre is about to embark on an exciting period of positive change and growth and as a result we are seeking a dynamic Call Centre Manager to assist in the transformation and development of the centre’s operations.

Supported by exceptional marketing campaigns and quality products, you will use your exceptional call centre knowledge, sales flair and strong leadership skills to develop both your team leaders and the centre operations to achieve positive business results and quality sales in a regulated environment.

You will have a passion for innovation, leading and developing people, initiating and implementing change, and building effective relationships.

A people person, your strong leadership style will support and encourage every member of your team, and build relationships across the Foundation.  You will be driven to see your team leaders and consultants be the best that they can be, and achieve their targets with the wider vision of the Foundation always in mind.  Strong coaching skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation will make you an inspiration to all. You understand that performance management includes developing and rewarding solid performers, and you will be experienced in working with others to ensure that goals and targets are met.

The position will also see you monitoring operational performance and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Foundation’s call centre continues to achieve results and perform at its peak, develops front line leaders and maintains enviable staff retention rates.

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience as a leader in an outbound call centre environment.  A strong understanding of Call Centre technology is also a must.
