National market leader located in South West Sydney is looking for a highly experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join a team who is growing rapidly due to an increase in business market share. Reporting into a hands on and supportive Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include: - responding to customer queries in relation to products,
- liaising with sales reps and account managers,
- following up leads, updating the customer database,
- producing quotes and adhoc tasks as required.
The successful candidate must display:- - a solid and stable customer service background, preferrably within a technical related position,
- have an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
- be able to solve problems and customer queries effectively.
- High attention to detail is also essential along with the ability to work in fast paced and busy environment.
