We are currently looking for customer service consultants to join our busy 24/7 Customer Care Centre based in Southbank. The customer care team supplies a valued service to our candidates, clients and our branch network. This posistion requires you to work on a rotating 24/7 roster with a minimum ol 20 hours a week.

This role will provide you with valuable experience within the recruitment industry. Customer Care Consultants support and act as second point of contact to our recruitment consultants and branches. In this role you are exposed to all aspects of the recruitment cycle including client relationship management.

The major tasks of this role include the following;
- Answer calls and assisting our clients and candidates
- Filling and back filling of roles
- Reference checking successful candidates
- Administrative tasks
- Liaising with branch consultants

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes;
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a high volume, low talk time call centre environment
- Ability to learn and show initiative
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent time management ability
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to think on feet and make decisions
