This top tier professional services firm has leveraged its market leading position through an aggressive growth strategy founded on a successful M&A programme. They currently require a seasoned M&A / Corporate Finance professional to assist the Head of Corporate Development for a period of three months.

Depending on your success in this role there is the opportunity to discuss permanent terms with your employer.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Identifying potential M&A targets and performing the necessary valuations and due diligence work;
• Financial analysis and modeling;
• Preparing presentations and reports for board and other key stakeholders;
• Managing banking relationships; and
• Helping drive the strategic planning process.

This role requires an individual with strong financial modeling and analysis skills gained within an M&A or corporate development focused role in a commercial, investment banking / private equity or consulting environment. You will be capable of working autonomously but will also possess the engagement skills required to work within a highly collegiate culture. We see the role as ideally suited to professionals returning from working overseas and seeking to transition back into the local market.
