Your previous experience within high value mortgage or lending settlements in a Big 4 Bank will see you successful in this role. In return you will received excellent training and career development opportunities seeing strong performers progress through the ranks.
The Role:
- Managing full end-to-end mortgage settlements
- Dealing with Stakeholders via Phone & Email
- Managing queries from internal and external parties involved with settlements
- Minimize non-lending losses by ensuring new loans are drawn correctly
- Working to internal productivity requirements
Skills Required:
- Previous experience working as a Settlements Officer in an Australian Big 4 bank
- Strong exposure or held a previous position within Private Wealth
- Seeking to develop your career beyond settlements
- Strong data-entry and Microsoft office
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
