Relationship Manager | Property Finance | $90k - $110k Package
Our client, one of the largest financial institutions in the country is seeking for a Relationship Manager to work in the property finance division.
The role of the Relationship Manager is to build new business customers and managing the existing portfolio of clients and to generate additional value from the existing clients.
Reporting to the Director of the Property Finance team, you will be assisting in developing and agreeing and the execution on the customer portfolio plan.
The Role
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in structuring property finance transactions
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently
- Excellent execution of credit risk submissions and in line with risk quality and compliance
- Strong sales experience and able to generate new business and grow the market share
- Demonstrated prudent risk management by identifying and assessing all business risks and compliance
- Technical knowledge on the commercial property sector to meet financial needs of this complex offering
To be considered for this role it is essential that you should:
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Have a Bachelors degree or similar in a related discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of how risk management - operational risk, regulatory compliance works
- Be able to train and coach the Assistant Relationship Managers
