Work for a a leading Australian Financial institution within their group risk function. The role of compliance manager is an exciting opportunity for someone who has demonstrated experience in managed investment schemes (collective investments) from a compliance view point.

The Role

• Developing compliance frameworks and documentation in line with legislation
• Monitoring processes and supporting business units to ensure compliance is adhered to
• Assess and maintain compliance plans for registered managed investment schemes
• Ensure compliance with RG 146 and RG164

To be successful in this role you have:

• 3 years in a compliance role
• Experience with managed investment schemes is essential
• Understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to regulatory reporting requirement
• Working knowledge of the Australian Standard AS3806 will be highly regarded
