Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm (37.5 hour week) - Rotating Roster
THE COMPANY
You will be working for a global organisation which provides outstanding debt collection and quality business information.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Collections Officer you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up outstanding payment
- Negotiating payment arrangements
- Providing options and solutions for payment
- Establishing a customer's ability to repay
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Abiding by relevant legislation, regulations and compliance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Exceptional problem solving, communication and numeracy skills
- Sales experience from a previous role preferred
- Previous collections experience not necessary, full training provided
