Well developed verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone manner.

Ability to develop structured and systematized methodologies for the management of day to day administrativedss support operations.
Ability to negotiate and problem solve in situations involving high-degrees of difficulty.
Well developed computer skills; in particular, Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, and ability to acquire knowledge of corporate electronic systems.
